Music fans are having a hard time when budget is low. No need to whine, though. You can still find exciting liveacts from upcoming musicians to very low costs – and sometimes completely free. Like this night at Huset in Copenhagen where the radio programme “Debut” is hosting a stage for musical underground-artists of all genres.
“Debut” is broadcasted every Wednesday night at the radio station P6 Beat (in DR – Danish Broadcasting Corporation), and the two hosts are doing a major work to publish not yet discovered goldmines of music.
This night they had an obvious theme of “Daddy’s Rock”. Creedence Clearwater Revival and CV Jørgensen have not lived in vain to the much younger performers. However, my most pleasant surprise entered in figure of singer/songwriter Mads Beldring. He is actually an old high school-classmate of mine, and he is now doing a brilliant job as professional musician.
