What can you do to produce food 10 times cheaper, 10 times faster and 10 times easier? A FoodJam hosted by Growstack comes closer to the answer as engineering with food will be a much wanted skill in an (over)populated future.
Let Death entertain you
This year’s hack4dk had a rather morbid theme, since we played with the Copenhagen Burial Protocols from 1861-1912. It’s still a great place to learn and have fun at the same time, paying with your brainpower to future innovation.
Don’t Waste Your Buddy
Sorting out your waste does not have to be a chore. At this year’s Rabalderfestival in Musicon, Roskilde, I teamed up with cool hackathon-ladies to turn boring waste into social experiences. Come and meet our lovely Waste Buddy.
Do you collect music too?
Music is not just a goldmine to middle-aged white men who collected records since their early teens. The Central Library in Copenhagen often let lo-fi musicians borrow a stage. Just for the joy of making music with no gimmicks.
A weekend of playing “what if …”
New inspiration is something that you should never take for granted. If you work in a creative business like I do, I recommend a hackathon to make you see what united brainforces can do in a weekend. I’ll give you; #hack4dk 2015.
